Processor & OS
macOS 14 Sonoma (or later) and an Apple Silicon Mac (M1, M2, M3, M4, or newer) are required to accelerate the Whisper engine locally via hardware.
Disk Space & Hardware

Installation & Setup
Get DMG
Download the Tinta Voice installer package to your Mac.
Drag to Apps
Open the DMG and drag Tinta Voice into your Applications folder.
Grant Access
Open Tinta Voice and allow macOS Accessibility and Microphone access.
Bind Hotkey
Select your push-to-talk keyboard shortcut and begin dictating.
