By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using Tinta Voice, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.
When you purchase a Tinta Voice license, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use Tinta Voice on one Mac owned or controlled by you.
Tinta Voice and all associated materials, names, and logos are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are purchasing a license to use the software, not acquiring ownership of the software itself.

Payments for Tinta Voice are processed by a third-party Merchant of Record: Lemon Squeezy / Sold through Link, LLC, as applicable.
The Merchant of Record is the legal seller of the license to you and is responsible for processing your payment, collecting and remitting any applicable VAT or sales tax, and issuing your receipt or invoice. By purchasing Tinta Voice you also agree to the applicable buyer terms of the Merchant of Record, including Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms & Conditions.
Our Merchant of Record is responsible for calculating, collecting, and remitting any applicable VAT or sales tax on your purchase, and for issuing your invoice or receipt showing tax where required by law.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom and you purchase Tinta Voice online, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unless an exception applies.
For digital content supplied by download, this statutory right of withdrawal does not apply once the download or installation has begun, provided that you gave your prior express consent to start delivery during the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you would lose your withdrawal right once delivery began. Where the Merchant of Record's checkout flow collects such consent, your statutory withdrawal right may end once you start downloading or installing Tinta Voice. Our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee continues to apply as described in the Refund Policy.
Tinta Voice uses automated speech recognition and AI models to transcribe audio. Transcriptions may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations, including misheard words, missing context, or hallucinated details.
You must not rely on Tinta Voice's output as a sole source of truth in contexts where errors could cause harm. Tinta Voice is not designed or certified for safety-critical, medical, or legal decision-making contexts. You remain responsible for reviewing and verifying all transcriptions before relying on them.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the software is provided "as is" and "as available", without any express or implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of Tinta Voice.
In any case, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the software will be limited to the amount you actually paid for your license during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
If you materially breach these terms, for example by redistributing the software or bypassing license checks, your license may be terminated. On termination you must stop using the software and uninstall all copies.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another country with mandatory consumer protection rules, you also enjoy the protection of those mandatory provisions. Nothing in this clause limits those protections.
Where you purchase Tinta Voice through a Merchant of Record, your payment transaction is also subject to that Merchant of Record's buyer terms and governing law.
We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect new features, vendors, or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Your continued use of Tinta Voice after the updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
