If Tinta Voice does not work for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. You do not need to provide a detailed explanation.
This Refund Policy describes our voluntary money-back guarantee. It does not limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom purchasing Tinta Voice online, you may have a separate statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, unless an exception applies.
Consumers in the Republic of Serbia have equivalent rights under the Serbian Consumer Protection Act.

All refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, directly back to your original payment method.
We may decline refund requests that appear to involve fraud, abuse, duplicate refund attempts, or chargeback misuse. This does not limit any statutory consumer rights you may have.
We aim to process approved refunds within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method used at checkout. The exact time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
For EU and UK consumers exercising a statutory right of withdrawal, refunds will be issued without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw, where required by law.
When you purchase Tinta Voice through a Merchant of Record — currently Lemon Squeezy / Sold through Link, LLC as applicable — the refund is processed by that Merchant of Record under its own buyer terms and refund practices. The refund link in your receipt is the canonical path for refund requests.
If the Merchant of Record must apply additional legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or payment-network requirements, those requirements may affect how the refund is processed.
Once your refund is processed, your license is cancelled and you are no longer entitled to use Tinta Voice under that license. Please uninstall the app and delete any license keys you received. You are welcome to purchase a new license at any time in the future.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top.
To request a refund, use the refund link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt — refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, not by us.
